Service was average at best, will not recommend and was not happy with my delivery service.

I do apologize that you feel our installer was not prompt when coming to your home. For the safety of our installation team, they do not use their cellular telephones while driving. When they arrive to a customers home, they will return any calls that may have come into them and also check and return voicemails regarding customers. I do apologize that you did need to spend so much time cleaning up after our installer left. For customer satisfaction, I will be returning your delivery charge of $39.99.
