DO NOT USE GOLDWING!!! The technician was completely incompetent and broke 2 different parts other than the one he was trying to fix. He told us to wait 24 hours against our strong objection and all our food went bad.\r

We tried to talk with the manager and he was inflexible and unwilling to work with us. He refused to take our calls when we called back. Zero customer service and bad ethics.\r

We had a different company come to fix and the problem was resolved in 30 mins!
