Greg & Sam are very customer friendly and technically savvy and thoroughly explains every maintenance action before and after the service. I have owned many cars over the years and NONE have come close to the power and handling of a 3-series or 7-series BMW. I used to stress over the whole car buying and service experience but not anymore---the 21st Century Auto Group folks are not only true professionals but they are very friendly, responsive and helpful . BTW, I am THRILLED with the 7-series power, handling and luxury features in case you can't tell!!
