recently purchased my 2nd car from 21st Century Auto Group and continue to be completely satisfied with the buying and service experience. This purchase involved trading my 2004 BMW 335i for a 2010 BMW 7 series. I worked with Diego and Joe to negotiate what I believe was a fair and reasonable offer for my trade-in after thoroughly researching and appraising its value on-line through multiple sources. Diego and Joe are not only competent professionals but also a pleasure to deal with and extremely responsive throughout the whole car buying experience. I would highly recommend them and 21st Century Auto Group to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Further, since my first BMW purchase from the 21st Century Auto dealership in 2007, I have had all my cars serviced there. Greg and his 21st Century Auto Group staff have always resolved every issue that has arisen and are always on top of every scheduled maintenance need. Greg & Sam are very customer friendly and technically savvy and thoroughly explains every maintenance action before and after the service. I have owned many cars over the years and NONE have come close to the power and handling of a 3-series or 7-series BMW. I used to stress over the whole car buying and service experience but not anymore---the 21st Century Auto Group folks are not only true professionals but they are very friendly, responsive and helpful . BTW, I am THRILLED with the 7-series power, handling and luxury features in case you can't tell!!
