David is like my own personal service representative who only care that I am satisfied. He welcomes me when I arrive, gets me where I am going, calls me with a quote, and brings me back to pick up my car at a given time. If it were not for David in service, I dont think I would be a continual Haundai owner. He should be teaching the class for all Haundai service departments he is perfect. And no, I am not his mother or family member. it is just the truth.
