The service department staff was very couteous and professional about the repair needs of the A-V issue and tried to fix the problem. However, they were unable to fix it by late that day. So, Dennis King of the service department had called to inform me that the car would be taken to the professional sound speaker dealer, Hear No Evil in N. Salem to be counsulted and fix the wiring issue. They took care of the noise issue by replacing a wire connected to one of the harnesses. Next day noon, I received a phone call to inform me that the A-V noise from the speaker had been fixed, The entire experience was very professional, user friendly and very satisfactory.
