I called them last week and spoke with a woman about possibly putting my 15 month in the program. She was nice on the phone and explained how she would like to see my daughter intact with the other children since she was two months older. I was excited to hear that she would like to meet her and she said she would call me to set up a time after she talked to the instructor. The next day I didn't get a phone call from them and I was always told the best time to go see the day care is to just drop by! So I went after work with out my daughter to talk to this woman who never called me and to see the facility. She was not there but there was another woman in the front. She looked at me with this rude look like what was I doing there and how the heck was I? I told her the lady's name who I spoke with and her response was "" Ya I remember hearing her talk to you yesterday. Well she is unavailable today and will be all day."" I then explained my daughter circumstances and I need to removed her and put her in a new day care ASAP. She spoke to be like I was such a burden and didn't want me there at all. She didn't even get up from her seat and introduce herself or tell me anything about the facility. She was so rude from the beginning till the end. I asked for a tour and she just acted like I was crazy for even asking her for one and she wouldn't even let me. Is this how you are supposed to treat someone who is trying to give you business? She didn't even move once our of her seat or giving any information. She just told me she would have the other lady call me whenever she can but it surely wouldn't be today(the day I was at Wellsprings). She took my name and number and sent me out the door. This was on Friday and it is not Thursday of the next week and I have yet gotten a phone call. Great way to pull people in. The lady was so rude and so lazy. Even after all this happened if they would have called me I would have given them a second chance. I reached out twice to them and they clearly don't care about having my daughter part of their program which clearly shows how much they care about Wellsprings. Thank you for making up my mind for me!\r
