my car got impounded by lancaster city police this place towed it. i had to pay 200 to get it out and low and behold they broke my driver side window. when i addressed it they said i broke in there and broke my window. they said it wasn't their responsibility and i need to take care of it or get a lawyer nice! they were rude and manipulative. they damaged my car and then covered it up. really bad people!!!!!
