Our sales rep Bill was absolutely great. He was helpful and courteous through out our buying process. We did have an issue with an account set up in our name to net the dealership a discount to apply toward our purchase price. We were not informed of this action nor had we given consent to use our personel information to do so. The matter was later discussed with Burien Chevrolet and they were very apologetic and were willing to change their form of business with future customers. We also had some paper work which stated our vehicle was a 6 speed manual when in fact it is a 6 speed automatic. I called to talk with the gal in the finance office who prepared the paper work to see if this would be an issue with our license and registration and was sent to voice mail where I left information about my concerns and asked her to call back. My phone call was never returned. I hope that this does not present an issue with our paper work. We have not picked up our license plate and registration at the time of this survey so the experience has not been completed. The actual buying process was quick and easy. The people we encountered were always courteous and willing to make our experience a good one. This says alot about a company who is willing to admit to making mistakes and do what is neccessary to correct them.
