My name is Phil LaFollette and I am the owner of Threads Etc. We have been in business almost 20 years, and you are not able to do that if you pick on anyone let alone old ladies. This situation never happened and I consider it liable. Almut is a sneaky fraud, and If I knew who it was I would sue them. People have the right to write what they want, but what I'm stating is that situation never happened. As far as sending payment after hearing from consignors, that is our policy. We try to please everyone 100% of the time, but in this case it did not happen. To call it shady would be extreme! Almut, you are a coward and a fraud!
