Unfortunately for the customer, in my estimation, Mercedes-Benz takes too long to get back to the customer with a plan of action in terms of service. I understand sometimes parts are not kept in stock; however, faster response time to the customer and the next appropriate action to be taken will eliminate the need to keep the customer waiting so long for an answer. It is fine if an order needs to be placed with Germany but there has to be a way to let the customer know this in a more timely fashion.
