We discovered Mike Edgar online during our search for a realtor to help us with our relocation from Montana to the Boise area. We were extremely impressed with the positive feedback his former clients were giving regarding their experiences with Mike. Based on that feedback, we contacted Mike, via e-mail, described our situation and asked if he would be willing to help us locate our perfect retirement home. Mike personally and promptly contacted us and spent a lot of time getting to know us and exactly what we were looking for. My fear was that Mike, as the owner/broker, would pass us off to one of his agents but he made it clear that he would personally work with us throughout the entire process. Once we set the date for our week-long visit to Boise, Mike arranged to pick us up each morning at our hotel, take us to breakfast, and spent their entirety of each day driving us all over Boise and the Treasure Valley touring homes that met our search criteria. An added bonus was that he took the time to show us downtown Boise, surrounding communities and neighborhoods so that we were able to really get a feel for all that the area had to offer in terms of services and recreation. Within 4 days we had found the home of our dreams and had a signed contract in hand! It is hard to describe how accommodating, knowledgeable and professional Mike Edgar is and 99.9% of the stress associated with purchasing a new home was alleviated because of how Mike conducts his business. The dedication and support that he provided us throughout the entire process was more than we could have hoped for and not the kind of one-on-one attention we see much anymore in today's world.
