I was extremely pleased with the promptness, courtesy and thoroughness of the technician. He listened to each of my issues, offered a recommendation to solve each and then walked me through the pricing. All of the repairs were completed within 6 hours of his arrival (with a minor interruption for a family emergency) and I've been very happy with the results, though some minor adjustments are needed. I will happily call The Waterworks for future plumbing needs.
