I had a fairly good experience with Eel Valley Appliance. The salesperson I dealt with at the store was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. As for the delivery people who came to install the gas cook top that I purchased, they didn't quite measure up to his expertise and seemed like they had a little trouble putting in the appliance. It seemed simple enough but took a little longer than expected. Otherwise, everything looks good and works well, and I had a great experience.
