I ordered a refrigerator from Eel Valley Appliance. I bought it online, and it ended up being too big. I informed them of this, and they replaced it for me, but had me come in to the store to look. I don't think it was their fault at all that it was too big, but my mistake, as I usually don't shop online. They switched it for me and delivered the right-sized one in a timely manner. They were very gracious about the whole thing.
My only complaint is they didn't have a table or chair for me to sit in when I went in person to the store, and I was feeling ill that day, so I had to sit on the floor. My suggestion is to get a table and chair for customers to sit in.
