The oven in our range quit working the day after Thanksgiving. Thank goodness It worked perfect when we cooked the turkey the day before. We emailed Dick Van Dyke describing the problem. They called and sent a nice repairman who found the control panel was shot and no longer available for replacement. The service call was $35, but since there was no way to repair it the serviceman gave us a $25 coupon to apply to a new range. We then looked at replacement ranges on Dick Van Dyke's website, found the one we wanted and emailed them. This prompted a call and we ordered and paid for the new range over the phone. Today a nice young man delivered and set up our new KitchenAid, double oven range and took the old one away. Each visit to our home was preceeded by a call from DVD's office as to when to expect the servicemen; both of which promptly called minutes before they arrived.
This company is top drawer and we thank them for great products and services.
