the 2012 Sonata my daughter is driving had a check engine light on and there were issues with the cars performance, Stan Olson was too busy and did not have any loaner vehicles available to help out a 4 time leasing client and his daughter. Todd Archer took the time to listen to our issues developed a plan to help us and eventually diagnosed the issues and then fixed the problem all while keeping my daughter in a vehicle ( she is a nurse who works nights and needs reliable transportation. thanks more
