Great service experience 11/26/2014

the 2012 Sonata my daughter is driving had a check engine light on and there were issues with the cars performance, Stan Olson was too busy and did not have any loaner vehicles available to help out a 4 time leasing client and his daughter. Todd Archer took the time to listen to our issues developed a plan to help us and eventually diagnosed the issues and then fixed the problem all while keeping my daughter in a vehicle ( she is a nurse who works nights and needs reliable transportation. thanks more

Brought my car in for service & as usual had a very pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly & quick to respond. Was told in advance may take 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Was done in under an hour, clean & ready. I always know I can count on them for my car needs. more

Minimal wait time, price and work done was great! I would like to have more information on the tire rotation i.e., direction? Some grubby looking guy was bothering me in the wait area, asking me all kinds of questions about my vehicle and what I owed. This seemed like privacy invasion. more

The service department did very thorough 30,000-mile maintenance work on our Sonata. I especially appreciate that Darrell, the service advisor, explained our options without pressure. I felt like he gave us the straight story about what was best for the car. more

Just took our 2013 Sonata in for a recall service. The folks at Todd Archer service department were outstanding. I was in and out in less than an hour, they fully explained everything in the beginning and at the end. My car even looked better than it did when I brought it in. They do great work there and are very professional. more
