I purchased love seat, couch and ottoman with extended warranty less than a year ago .Total cost just over $5k. Called customer service due to ottoman coming unsewn, fabric on cushions pilling and generally looking as old as the furniture we had for 15 years and replaced. Gentleman from Kittles came out to our home to examine and agreed with the conditions of the furniture, documented the condition but guess what nothing. Will not be doing anything. Do not waste your money at Kittles or Basset. $4,000 worth of crap and $,1000 warranty not worth the paper its printed on.
