Everything from our visit to the showroom to the installation of our new Speed Queen dryer was great. Jeff (in Champaign) was very knowledgeable and helpful and scheduled our installation for the very next day. I'm not expecting any problems but it's nice to know if any arise there's someone local who can help us out. Thanks!
