WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. I have very curly hair so when I made the appointment, I asked to be with a stylist who knew how to cut curly hair....""No problem"" was the response. I arrived for my appt on time and was told The stylist I was booked with was too busy so I was going to be with a new grad. Umm...NO. So my original stylist came up and said she had a client with very long hair and she was just sooooo busy. I was annoyed to say the least. The front desk staff were rude and curt and I went to leave and was told Fine, she can see you, if its only a trim. I showed her a pic of what I wanted, a few layers no big deal right......WRONG!! WORST CUT EVER!!! Not even close. Now I'm mad. Said I didn't like it and was told to go home and play with it and I would love it. Ummmm...NO. I was also told I had to pay for it as they did me a FAVOR and got me in!! OMG! Bitchy, nasty and rude. NEVER AGAIN. Don't waste your time OR money.
