WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. I have very curly hair so when I made the appointment, I asked to be with a stylist who knew how to cut curly hair....""No problem"" was the response. I arrived for my appt on time and was told The stylist I was booked with was too busy so I was going to be with a new grad. Umm...NO. So my original stylist came up and said she had a client with very long hair and she was just sooooo busy. I was annoyed to say the least. The front desk staff were rude and curt and I went to leave and was told Fine, she can see you, if its only a trim. I showed her a pic of what I wanted, a few layers no big deal right......WRONG!! WORST CUT EVER!!! Not even close. Now I'm mad. Said I didn't like it and was told to go home and play with it and I would love it. Ummmm...NO. I was also told I had to pay for it as they did me a FAVOR and got me in!! OMG! Bitchy, nasty and rude. NEVER AGAIN. Don't waste your time OR money. more

I was given a groupon as a gift and had heard great things. I was very disappointed though. I asked for a simple trim and all over red/brown color. \r The lights in the salon are so dim that it looked ok, darker than I wanted but not terrible. Once I got out to my car I saw that the color was very uneven. Most of my roots were still my natural dark blonde color and the cut wasn't even done well.\r I walked back in and they were to busy to even acknowledge me for more than 15 min so I left.\r I will not be going back, no matter how good the deal or how many ""awards"" they get. more

This salon is the best ever! I have the worst hair ever and I have a lot of health problems. When I go in and see Kasey it is like all my problems disappear. Since I have been going here I get so many compliments on my hair!! Complete strangers tell me how nice my hair looks. I never in a million years thought that would happen! Most of all my husband tells me that I will never go anywhere else! He just loves my hair!! From the moment you walk into the door and Stacy greets you until the moment you leave you feel special. Kasey and her staff are the best!! I would and do recommend this salon to all friends and family. Kasey will be doing the hair for my daughter, myself and my daughters entire bridal party in June. If that doesn't tell you how much we love it here nothing will!! more

Worst...haircut...ever. Stylist did not listen to what I wanted. I even brought pictures. Now I look like a 65 yr old Posh Spice wannabe. I'll never go back! more

I was in need for a good hair salon and have not been able to find one for months. I heard about Salon 8736 from a friend of mine. However, I live all the way in Finksburg and was concerned about the drive, but my firend insisted that I try them out and I did! I was lucky enough to meet Candace who is AMAZING!!! The drive is totaly worth it becuase she does such an amazing job on my hair! To be honest I have never recived so many compliments as I do know. This place is all around amazing... great atmosphere, great service, and my hair is AMAZING!! Thank you Salon 8736 (and espically Candace). more

I have been a customer for years at Salon 8736. They are all super friendly and do awesome hair! I have referred my entire family to the salon and will continue referring people! My color is always top notch when I walk out the door. more

This place is top notch from its service, cleanliness of the salon, and professional operators. You are pampered from the minute you walk through the door. Because of my work schedule I can't always have the same operator but my hair always looks great. The way they color and highlight hair is exceptional. I am a loyal customer for life! more

Yesterday I went to Brittany for the first time and she did such a good job on my hair. Nobody has been able to get my color to look the way I wanted to for years. I'll be going back. Plus everyone there has such a good time and the atmosphere is awesome! I will recommend to all my friends. more

I now travel over 3,500 miles just to get my hair done by him. His work surpasses top salons I have been too in NYC, Toronto, and Maryland. Raphael can take any head of hair and produce something beautiful, appropriate, and unique. more
