DO NOT USE THIS FUNERAL HOME they only want your money. Took 15 days to get back our mothers ashes and we didn't know where they kept her for the entire time they had her. Their lack of sympathy made things even worse. Who wants to know that their loved one will be in a cooler and then a storage facility. The funeral directer Vickie Roper said it would cost 305.00 to see her the way she was just hours after she died. Vickie said that there was things that had to be done. We weren't asking for our mother to be embalmed. We filed a complaint with Wa State DOL Dennis McPhee and they now have 20 days to reply.
