Completely unprofessional. 50.00 diagnostics fee and the serviceman left my home and THEN called back to say maybe it was this or that. (we did not want to make expensive repairs). We have no way of knowing what is wrong with the machine. Was he late for his next appointment and didn't want to do a small repair? We will never know.\r
Please do not trust them. Andre (service manager?) was rude and condescending. \r
Check out the yelp page for this business and you will see they are not above board.
