We had a great experience with Vulcan Basement Waterproofing. They answered all of our questions and provided us with all of the literature we needed to feel comfortable in making the decision to go with them. They were very thorough, professional, and cooperative. They said it would take two days in total, and it really did take them two days. They also had no problem moving around our stuff in the basement in order to complete the job. You could tell they knew what they were doing. So far, we have had no water problems, even though we've been having a lot of storms recently. What they did must be working. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely recommend these guys.
