With AAA Mortgage Money, I didn't have to do anything but sign the papers. It happened quickly, quicker than buying my house, even. Someone recommended them to me so I called them up and the lady, can't remember her name, said an inspection would need to be done. She called two days later, we made the inspection appointment and we explained what I wanted to be done. I'm not a financial person and there was some stuff that wasn't supposed to be put on there during the inspection but she fixed it for me.
