Care center is an awful place to send your worst enemy let alone a loved one! Facility is dirty and has roach problems. It is also woefully understaffed and can be extremely hard to find nurses when you need them. It seems that there is a high turnover rate for the nursing staff, as soon as you find someone that does a very good job, they leave. John Knox has false pretenses of being nice due to their retirement community and assisted living apartments. DO NOT be fooled!!! Both the community and apartments are nice with many wonderful accommodations, however, if your loved one were to progress to the care center you would be very disappointed in what you would find.
