We purchased a home in Florida and found out that we had an issue with the roof leaking so we asked West Coast Roofing & Contracting to take a look at it. They found extensive damage prior to fixing it. Before that, they had to send us an estimate on what they thought it would cost but when they found the hidden damage, they sent us pictures and explained to us what it was going to take to fix it properly. They got our permission to do that before they did the work. It was nice they gave us a heads up instead of just dropping that surprise on us.
