I bought a fridge and stove from dick van dyke at the end of February and the problems started there. I was told they would be delivered 3 different times before they were actually delivered. The fridge which is a $2500 fridge has needed to be repaired 5 times now in 7 months. I have to wait a week for them to come look at it and then another week for them to fix it! The fridge has been broke more then its worked and they won't help me out. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!! It's the worst service I have ever recived!!!!

We apologize for any inconvenience that you feel we have caused during your recent service requests. The manufacture requires all servicers to repair new appliances in accordance with their warranty. Your refrigerator purchased on February 27, 2013 starting having issues with the ice clogging in the ice dispenser chute assembly on March 3, 2013. We immediately dispatched out one of our factory trained service technicians to diagnose the appliance. Our technician ordered the necessary parts and repaired the chute assembly. On June 13, 2013 the refrigerator started to leak onto your floor and again we immediately dispatched out one of our technicians. Our technician diagnosed a faulty heater from the factory. We replaced the heater and tested your appliance. We have made four trips to your home to repair your appliance twice. We appreciate your patronage, and hope that you will call the manufacture to voice your concerns about their manufacturing process.
