We had old appliances that needed to be removed (recycled) and the delivery man wrangled the heavy dryer w/steam cabinet out with no assistance! Moved our freezer to place the washer and dryer units where we wanted them and made sure that both were working correctly before he left. The washer was not functioning as he wanted and he troubleshooted until he was satisfied (he was ready to call in a technician but got it working). He also noticed that our freezer (purchased from DVD last year) was not at the correct temp and he fixed that also! All this on a boiling hot day!!
