Terrible customer service! I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in July '13 and immediately had troubles (electrical failures and transmission sticking issues - both safety concerns!). All-star management was rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help. Two months later I am making payments on a car I do not have (dealership could not fix car). Had to hire an attorney because dealership/Chrysler does not stand behind their products. Save yourself time and money and do not buy from All Star!
