I recommend that you avoid this company! After purchasing an A/C unit from them and paying to be in their club, they were unable to come out to service my unit the day it stopped working, even though I let them know that I had 2 children in the house, and the temperature was above 90 degrees outside. They refused to have a supervisor come on the line or call me back that day, even though I pleaded and demanded to speak to someone with some authority. The girl on the phone had zero compassion for me and my children. I had to call another company to help me.
