Leaking gas after installation 8/2/2013

Had a new range delivered and hooked up. The installer was very nice and said that we might experience a slight gas smell initially. After 6 days we could still smell gas. Pulled the range out and soap bubble tested the connections and sure enough, we had a leak. In fact where the leak was located the connection was loose enough that you could turn it by hand. Obviously, I'm VERY disappointed that the installer didn't check and ensure that everything was leak tight before leaving. This could have very dangerous consequences! more
