Our dishwasher had "died" so we took a trip to Dick Van Dyke Appliance World in Bloomington to get a new one. Our salesman, Russ, was excellent, had a wonderful sense of humor and very knowledgeable on all products. Unfortunatly for Russ, though, when the serviceman (Lyle) came to install our new dishwasher he found the problem on our old and and fixed it. We were very gratefuly since we will hopefully be moving in a year and really didn't want to have to buy a new one. We will definitely go there for our appliances in the future and I have been telling everyone about the wonderful service.
