Contacted them to get a quote on brakes. They got back to me immediately. Guy at the front desk (Richard) took care of me instantly when I went in and checked out my brakes for free. Got some quotes on other services and was surprised at how reasonably priced it all was. Very nice, honest guys. Didn't try to sell me parts or services I didn't need.
