Don't be deceived by the bad management, shitty apartments, too expensive of a rent and bad smells all day long. Of course, don't forget about the outage of elevators, the bias of treating new renters better than senior or older ones, and certainly expect your rent to rise over 20% every year without notice. Samson buildings are the worst, most deceptive I've ever lived in. Watch for the mold that's been building up and watch for the bathroom ceiling not falling down like it did in y bathroom. If I was there that day I would have been seriously injured and concussed.
