I realize that with these owners, “it is all about the food.” However, if that is the case, then the food needs to be spectacular to compensate for the lack of décor, noise, kitchen’s close proximity to the customers, and poor views. Well, the food was good, but not spectacular, which left me disappointed. Zagat rated the food a ""28"" and I have to disagree, as it was more like a “22ish”. What this restaurant gives you is value, large portions, pleasant service, and a BYOB policy that seems to be very popular. I probably will not return.
