We always are greeted with warm smiles, honest & dependable service and have never felt safer in our vehicles since we started using Jim's crew. This summer while on vacation in Sequim we had a bit of engine trouble. I immediately called Perfection (the number is programmed in my phone) to get help. A quick diagnosis was performed and it was suggested that I had water in the gas. A fuel additive was acquired, used and we were on our way. What other repair shop would take the time to help when they had a waiting room full of PAYING customers. While I know that all Perfection stores are great (I have visited the Valley for a flat repair and Moses Lake and Lewiston for service while out of town) I simply trust the crew up North and am thankful they are there!
