We had used Papalia a few years ago to repair two outdoor faucets that no other plumbers had been able to repair. Needless to say we were ecstatic! This time we needed a leaking kitchen faucet and shower repaired. Mike O'Brien assessed, explained the repairs and cost before doing the job. I had wanted to do a cosmetic trim replacement for the shower. They carried the part on the truck. I thought this was pretty nice since I had shopped for this part and was not able to see it before installing it. Mike was able to show me the damaged parts as he was repairing the faucet. When completed, he made sure I used the shower properly and what to expect until the parts cured. He was respectful of my home, kept a clean work space, cleaned the area, and replaced items he removed. He was a pleasure to work with.\r
We have had many plumbers over the past 20 years in our home that needs constant updating and repairs. Papalia has the best service and quality workmanship. We definitely would recommend them.
