I was very disappointed in my last Manley Tire Visit. I had expected a good experience and left very frustrated - feeling like I was not valued and all Manley Tires wanted was my money. The Person at the desk did not answer any of my questions - just kept answering the phone and saying sorry - but continually tapping the invoice for my money. He answered the phone six times while I was trying to ask him a question while paying my bill. I was talked into a more expensive tire - as I was told the tires I had called previously about were on order and these more expensive tires would be better. I had already driven out from Sioux Falls - so I agreed - which I will never do again. We have a van that needs tires - but we will not go to Manley again. I even told the man at the counter I felt ignored and needed my question answered. He just answered another phone and said he had too many things to do - so couldn't answer my question. I will never go to Manley Tire Center again and I will not recommend Manley to anyone I know. Customer Service is important - but it was obvious to me that Manley has changed and is not the customer/service oriented company it once was. Not one person was friendly except for the man who sold me a more expensive tire than had been quoted to me right before I came to purchase.
