The technician I believe was Bill was very quite but nice and polite. he tried to et this done before he left he then told us he would have to take the air conditioner infor service like they advised him. But it would not take longer then a week it really took thirteen days exactly and this is where the joke came we called every time we called it was something different they said it would be ready. They where just going back and forth with us not being up front to top it off they told us with the most unprofessional voice we had to come pick it up because the guy was not suppose to bring it in we where the tech did not know which is crazy because they work there do business all day long and he don't know they where just jerking us around on top of it all my husband has a spinal injury and they never even once offered to help him load itin the truck nor had it on a dolly when he cam just sitting at the door never would I recommend them to any body but to mak a report to the BBB!
