In spite of the hot day, Richard took care to assemble the washer & dryer with the bases in the truck beginning on that while I was on my way home from work. In a short time, he had finished that, unhooked out old appliances and within an hour total, had the new ones installed. He was very careful to move the machines in the doors without banging the door jams or the walls. I appreciated his professional, yet personal manner. He represented the Dick Van Dyke company very well. We have purchased several appliances through you over the years and plan to do so again if the need presents itself in the future.
