Entire transaction was smooth and effortless. Everyone I had any contact with provided excellent customer service, with a smile and great attitude! Richard delivered fridge and freezer on the hottest day of the year (so far) with high humidity too, of course! He had to take freezer around to back side of house through yard to get to basement door - he installed freezer while I emptied refrigerator upstairs. He was able to get new fridge in without much trouble, but he had to remove inside door and outside hinges to get the old fridge out, as well as taking the doors off the fridge! All this was completed without a single complaint, and his entire attitude was as if this was not a bother at all! As far as I am concerned, Richard went above and beyond EXCELLENT customer service!
