I recently purchased a dishwasher and washing machine from DVD. Bob did a great job explaining all of the features and helped make sure the appliances I selected would meet my needs. When the appliances were delivered, James did a great job making sure that they were installed correctly even when the location of the existing water/drain lines offered a few installation challenges. He worked efficiently and was very courteous.
