The clinic is modern, clean and conveniently located.\r
The staff is exceptionally courteous, caring and helpful.\r
The doctors took time to explain the illnesses and treatments.\r
The practice does not do non-essential procedures or exams to inflate visit cost. For example, they called a former vet for results of blood work, prior to doing dental procedure, and they recommended a "wait and see" for my dog's knee injury (typically vets want to do surgery) and he healed up fine with no intervention needed. \r
The cost is reasonable and sometimes discounts can be arranged.\r
They have good hours (Saturdays too!) and it is not hard to get an appointment.\r
I LOVE this vet.
