Todd was very knowledgeable about the Ford Escape that we bought and thoroughly reviewed every aspect of the vehicle with us before we left the dealership lot. Matt Moore was very knowledgeable in the finance area and made sure we understood everything about the financial paperwork before we signed the final deal.
