NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY! In Dec. our furnace was out. They came and fixed it and signed me up for their service club plan. They take $11/mo. out of my checking account until the end of this year. Because I signed up for this, the service fee was discounted and it included a ""free"" AC tune-up in the spring. One half-hour after they tuned-up my AC, it totally blew up in a cloud of freon. I was told they didn't do anything to contribute to this--it was just a HUGE coincidence! They said the weld on one of the coils failed and wanted to sell us a new air conditioner ($4,000). I didn't want to give them the business if they did in fact do something that caused this to happen. We got bids from two other companies and went with one of them. We were told that the only thing that could have made it break was if they over-pressurized it with freon. They said they didn't put any in--or charge us for it. But again, HUGE coincidence! If they thought they could make that much by selling a new system, I wouldn't put it past them. Also, when I was talking to the person who installed our new AC, he asked if it was One Hour that did the tune-up and told me that they do not have a good reputation in the HVAC community. Apparently the same thing happened with one of his neighbors in Eagle Mountain. Interesting..... I can't prove anything , but I for sure don't trust them and won't be using my service club plan in the future!
