I will not use medstay again. I reserved a room and it was mysteriously cancelled online. The hotel happened to have one room left the night of our arrival at a higher rate of course. It was a very musty room at the end of a long hallway. I have limited use of my left arm and leg, so it was a bit of a challenge. I also was not able to bathe because I did not have an accessible bathroom. The hotel ran out of a few choice breakfast items with 2 hours left to go before breakfast was supposed to end. Very disappointed in the quality of service.

Mrs Holloway I am sorry that this happened to you. This is the first that I have heard about this I will contact the Quality Inn to see what happened. If you have a problem with a reservation made by MedStay you can always call us to help you through the problem. I will personally call you today after talking to the hotel.
