The work done on my two cars has always been above average and completed in the estimated time frame. Actual service work I have no complaints about.
But there are two areas relating to customer comfort and satisfaction that could be improved.
1. The large black chairs and sofa in the waiting area are very uncomfortable and far too big for smaller people (like me). Also, not everyone wants to be bothered by the noise from the television; another seating area in a quiet corner would be welcome.
2. An added feature that would raise Baydo's service well above average is if the cars were washed after being serviced.
