As expected, when a washer 'dies' we want a replacement as soon as possible. The salesperson, Angie, was extremely knowledgeable and patient, as well as courteous. We selected a washer and it could have been delivered the next day if I had been available to meet them! Chris delivered and set up the washer in a few days. He was fast, knowledgeable and courteous. I am glad that I went to Dick VanDyke to purchase my new washer.
